Dr. Rogen is a 1986 graduate of Iowa State College of Veterinary Medicine. He is a past-President of the South Dakota Veterinary Medical Association, an adjunct professor at South Dakota State University, and has served on the advisory council for Globe University’s Veterinary Technician program. Dr. Rogen spends time with his family on their family farm and at many cattle shows across the country.

Dr. Angela VanHolland is a 2003 graduate of Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. After spending 10 years practicing in a mixed animal clinic she decided to focus on doing what she loves, helping family pets live healthier lives. She lives on an acreage with her husband, 2 children and a hoard of furry creatures. Dr. VanHolland enjoys spending free time with family, attending her children’s sporting and 4-H events, and reading.

Dr. Bosch has loved animals of all kinds since she was a little girl! Her love for animals combined with her extroverted personality and passion for science led her to pursue veterinary medicine. While practicing mixed animal medicine she developed a passion for small animal surgery and wellness care; this is what brought her to the Horizon Pet Care family! When not at work, you can find her hanging out or hiking with her dogs, riding horse, and attending family activities.

Dr. Harris began her career as a veterinary assistant and loved it so much she went to Vet School. After graduating from Iowa State University in 2014, she spent the next 5 years in Emergency Medicine. In the Summer of 2019 she decided she needed a change of pace to be more available for her family. Her knowledge, compassion and surgical skills make her a perfect addition to the Horizon Pet Care family.
